Laura Will
principal, landscape architect

Laura has been a professional landscape architect since 1990. She has a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in plant and soil science from the University of Vermont.
From 1993 to 1998, she was the project landscape architect for the Central Park Conservancy in New York. Prior to that she was the assistant project planner for the University of Pennsylvania’s Landscape Office from 1990 to 1993.


Adele Medina OʼDowd
principal, landscape designer

Adele has been in the design field since 1989.
She received a certificate in landscape design in
2009 from George Washington University and
a bachelor’s degree in fine arts in 1988 from
Washington University in St. Louis.  In 2009,
Adele was a featured speaker at the Chesapeake Conservation Landscape Council’s annual conference.
From 2007 to 2009, she was the principal residential landscape designer for Dogwood Design.
From 1999-2007, she was the interactive exhibition
designer, web site designer and information architect
for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
Prior to that, from 1991-1999, she was the interactive
museum exhibit designer and lead graphic designer for Lunaria, Inc. And from 1989 to 1991 she worked at
CNN Headline News as a broadcast graphic designer.
